Day two, I decided to have gluten-free waffles, no syrup. Today, I realized what a filler gluten really is. Gluten also hides what our bodies really want. When I eat gluten, I rarely have any thing green on my plate. And I don’t eat fruit. Going gluten-free means my body has space and what I really need to nourish my body surfaces- the greens. Spinach for my anemia. Blueberries. Orange, pear and banana smoothies.
No gluten= space. Space to listen to what is natural and nourishing for our bodies and minds.
Simple.
